Daniel Waltz is a 1989 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. For the past 16 years, Dan has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedic facilities treating a general caseload with an emphasis on spinal pain and injury. He is currently certified by the McKenzie Institute in evaluation and treatment of non-specific spinal pain. He has participated in numerous continuing education courses including performance of advanced manual techniques. Additionally, Dan directed a large orthopedic facility in which he developed quality care programs/education, and supervised billing and treatment staff. Dan is the CFO of Advantage Physical Therapy.
Lisa Kemp is a 1993 graduate of Duquesne University, where she obtained both her Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Master of Physical Therapy. She has been practicing Physical Therapy for 13 years with the greatest concentration in outpatient orthopedics. The initial 2 years of her career took place in a hospital setting, as a staff PT where she provided Physical Therapy to various patient populations from the acute care/trauma setting to the rehabilitation setting. She then transitioned into the orthopedic realm in 1995 during which time she aggressively pursued continuing education. Lisa is currently a practicing therapist as well as the Clinical Director of Advantage Physical Therapy.
Mark Eckenrode started his academic career as a scholarship athlete in wrestling for the University of Maryland. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 1994, while receiving several athletic academic achievement awards. During Mark's senior year, he was selected as the team captain for the University of Maryland Wrestling Team as well as elected in to their national leadership honor society. He than furthered his education at Central Pennsylvania College in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. While making the dean's list every semester, he graduated in 1998 with an Associate's degree in Specialized Technology. Mark worked for a local orthopedic group for 7 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant, treating primarily spine and sports injuries. Mark completed his Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Neumann College in spring of 2006. Mark is Director of Pubic Relations for Advantage Physical Therapy.
