Billing
Advantage Physical Therapy Associates files all primary and most secondary insurance claims. Generally claims are filed electronically. Patients can expect to receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form their insurance company within 2-3 weeks of beginning services.
If you need physical therapy after an automobile accident or a work related injury, you will need to provide the name and address of the insurance carrier as well as the claim number at your first visit. We also require your own personal health insurance information incase your claim benefits do not cover your care.
