Dr. Megan Stewart, DPT – Direct Access Certified, Center Manager
I graduated from York Catholic High School in 2007 and I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science at West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2011. I attended the University of Delaware for graduate school where I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy in January 2014.
I began working for Advantage Physical Therapy in February of 2014 and I am the current Center Manager of our Dover location. I enjoy working with athletes to return them to sport as well as with post-op patients and geriatrics. I was a 4 year starting Point Guard for the West Chester University Women’s Basketball team and I currently volunteer as an assistant coach for the New Oxford Varsity Girls Basketball Team.
In my spare time I enjoy outdoor activities including boating and hiking. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Shea Banks, DPT
I am a 2012 graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/Movement Sciences. I then received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in 2015. My interests are in the fields of orthopedics and manual therapies. I plan on pursuing an orthopedic residency. I enjoy sports therapy because I am a sports enthusiast and I appreciate the higher level of intensity that athletes bring to physical therapy. I chose to pursue a career in therapy following my own time as a patient due to a shoulder injury in college. In my free time I like to train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts. I joined the Advantage family in 2015 following a clinical internship at the East Prospect office.
Katrina Cook, PTA
In 2013 I graduated from Penn State Mont Alto with my Associates degree in Physical Therapy. I began working at Advantage Physical Therapy in 2013. As a sports enthusiast myself I enjoy treating clients with sports related injuries.
I will be getting married June, 20th, 2015 to my fiancé, Dalton. I frequently participate in church activities including special music and nursing home ministries. In my spare time, I enjoy activities such as ping pong, tennis, figure skating, and swimming.
Tyler Russell, PTA
In May 2016, I graduated from Central Penn College with my Associates in Physical Therapy. I spent seven weeks with Advantage Physical Therapy in January 2016, for a college internship, and enjoyed the “family therapy” setting they have. I received my position as a physical therapist assistant in February of 2017. I enjoy watching sports so I enjoy being able to treat those injuries. Beyond that, I enjoy being able to make a difference in peoples lives in any way I can. In my spare time I play guitar and often participate in church activities. Recently I have started a youth worship team that I organize along with the youth of our church to involve the young men and women in the church.
Heather Testerman – Physical Therapy Concierge
I graduated from Bermudian Springs High School in York Springs, Pennsylvania in 2014.
I began my career with Advantage Physical Therapy Associates in 2014 as a Therapy Technician. In 2015 I transitioned to a Front Desk Specialist. I am currently certified in CPR, AED, and Blood Borne Pathogens.
When I am not at work, I volunteer as a first responder and a volunteer firefighter at the Hampton Fire Company in Adams County Pennsylvania where I help serve our local community by providing Medical, Fire, and Rescue Services. I also enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
Jennelle Yinger – Care Coordinator – Dover & Red Lion
Jennelle graduated from Northeastern High School in 2003. She continued her education at York College of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science. Jennelle began working for Advantage Physical Therapy in 2009. She loves spending time with her family and cat. Her hobbies include going to the gym and playing flag football.
Paige Harget, PTA
I graduated from Penn State in 2012 where I received my Associates Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant. I started working at Advantage Physical Therapy in February 2017. I love working in the outpatient setting treating orthopedics, aquatics, pediatrics and athletes.
I grew up here locally and attended New Oxford High School. I currently reside in Lake Meade with my husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs! I enjoy spending time with my family outside on the water, going on vacations, watching my older daughter dance and youngest play soccer and spending weekends during the fall up in State College for football games! I assist my daughters dance studio in the office and serve as public relations on the board for her performing arts company. I also enjoy reading, planning parties/events and doing home improvement projects.
Buffy Baker – Care Coordinator New Oxford & Emigsville
I grew up in the Gettysburg area. I have been in customer service ever since I was able to work and I love meeting new people. I started with Advantage Physical Therapy in 2011.
I have been married for seventeen years and have two beautiful kids. My family and I enjoy spending time in our studio craft room using various mediums like silicone, paint, watercolor, metal, leather, etc. Occasionally we will set-up at a craft show to share the treasures we make.
Wendi Dietrich – Physical Therapy Concierge
I grew up in Johnstown, PA and moved to York in 1989. I have been in customer service since I was fourteen years old. I started with Advantage Physical Therapy in 2010. I love helping to motivate clients to succeed. Working in the medical field has helped me realize the importance of taking care of our bodies. I have two beautiful daughters Haylee and Brynn. In my spare time I enjoy cleaning, exercising, drag racing and spending time with family and friends.
George Flickinger, PT, MBA – Direct Access Certified, Center Manager
I have been a physical therapist since 1983. My formal education journey began at Crestwood High School in Mountaintop PA, then on to New York University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1983. In 1999 I earned my Master in Business Administration from Westchester University. I am a lifelong learner, seeking ongoing advanced learning experiences in clinical care and business.
I am a trained generalist with special interest in the care of the spine, shoulder and vertigo. I have extensive training in post total joint replacement therapy, orthopedic and neurological impairments. I enjoy education student and novice clinicians, and I am certified as and advanced clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association. Currently I am pursuing certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the spine, I am a certified Neuro IFRAH clinician as well as a credentialed Medicare surveyor for AAAASF.
I am active in my community, both locally and globally, as an active member of Rotary International where I serve as second vice President of my local club. I am an active participant in projects serving my local community while also serving globally through medical Mission trips and as a Paul Harris Fellow with special interest in the eradication of Polio throughout the world.
My life outside of the clinic is occupied by kayaking, gardening, cooking (often serves as a celebrity chef for community fundraisers) and I am an avid reader. I am also an avid Penn State sports fan…WE ARE!!!
I joined Advantage Physical Therapy in December 2016 and ring in the New Year 2017 as the Center Manager for our Red Lion clinic.
Dr. Holly Grimm, PT -Direct Access Certified
I attended Lebanon Valley College and achieved my Bachelors of Health and Science in 2008 and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011.
I started working at Advantage Physical Therapy full time in November 2011 and was Lead Physical Therapist for a year and a half at the Red Lion Clinic.
I love working in the outpatient orthopedics setting, especially with post-op total knee replacements and total hip replacements.
I grew up in York and attended Red Lion High school. I married my High school sweetheart and am expecting my first baby, a little girl, in July 2015. I love to stay active and participate in group classes such as Zumba, Insanity, and Piyo at Body Rhythms Life Fitness.
Brett Jacobs, PTA
I graduated in 2007 from Central Pennsylvania College with an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I began working for Advantage Physical Therapy in December of 2013. I currently perform the Workers Compensation functional screenings at the Red Lion Clinic. I also have training and certification in performing Functional Movement Screenings as of 2014. I enjoy golfing, skiing, going to the gym and playing the drums in my spare time.
Jeremy Damiano, PTA
I was raised most of my life in the York County area, and I graduated in 2017 with my Associates degree in Applied Science for physical therapy assistance from Central Penn College in Lancaster, PA. I joined the Advantage team in May of 2017 as a physical therapist assistant. I love this field and helping others achieve wellness, and I have a particular interest in neurological and vestibular rehab. I am currently working on building proficiency in Spanish and American Sign Language. Some of my other interests and hobbies include learning and reading, playing music on the guitar, mandolin, ukulele, or bass, singing, exploring new places in the world, being involved with my church, playing ultimate frisbee or hockey, eating all kinds of food, and spending time with my best friend and wife, Anna.
Rebecca (Bekki) Fesig – Physical Therapy Concierge
I am an avid dog lover. My long term boyfriend and I (of nearly 7 years) have two rescued fur babies, Alexis and Roscoe, both German Shepherd mixes. I am passionate about animal rescue and actively volunteer for CPAA (Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance). They are a nonprofit group dedicated to saving the lives of animals through spay/neuter assistance, rescuing, adoptions, fostering, training, and educating the community on responsible pet ownership.
I have been in the medical customer service field for 6 years – three of which were spent in a physical therapy clinic setting where I worked as a Receptionist performing front desk functions. Being in the physical therapy field has let me to want to expand my skills clinically. I accepted a Physical Therapy Concierge position with Advantage Physical Therapy in April of 2017, allowing me to expand my knowledge and help others.
Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time in nature, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Lisa A. Kemp, PT, DPT, CEO -Direct Access Certified
I am a 1993 MPT graduate of Duquesne University’s Physical Therapy program. I received my DPT and EPPM certification from Evidence in Motion in 2012.
My career began in 1993, Lancaster, PA, at Lancaster General Hospital. Since then I have practiced in many settings including home health services, nursing homes, extended care facilities, and outpatient environments.
Throughout my career I have treated clients from the age of 4 weeks to 103 years. My greatest passion is providing shoulder & hip rehabilitation.
I have a strong interest in learning and teaching; serving as a Clinical Instructor and as Coordinator of Clinical Education throughout my career. I have provided mentoring to student interns, practicing clinicians, and, more recently other practice owners. In 2005 I began Advantage Physical Therapy with two partners, serving as President and Clinical Director during the 8 ½ years of our partnership. Presently, I am the CEO and owner of Advantage Physical Therapy. Most importantly, I am a wife, and mother of 3 and owner of 3 Akitas.
I enjoy learning new things, dancing & singing, watching my favorite soccer player and Cross country/track runner doing their best at their sport. I enjoy reading with my son. I love hiking and being in nature.
I currently participate as a steering committee member of the JA Young Women’s Symposium & have served as a committee member for the past 4 years in York. I participate in Dallastown School Districts Programs for Career Day, School to Work program & Interview Day for the past 2 years. I am a member of the York Twp. Business Alliance and currently serving as President for 2015.
Rachel Nace, PTA
I attended Central Pennsylvanian College and in 2000 I obtained my Associates Degree in Applied Science.
I enjoy working with orthopedic post-op cases.
I have been married for 15 years and have 2 children, a son and daughter, that I enjoy watching play baseball/softball. I also enjoy playing volleyball for York County leagues, vacationing with family to the outer banks, N.C. and I am involved in Children’s Ministries at church.
Dr. Victoria (Vicki) Beers, PT -Direct Access Certified
I graduated from Lebanon Valley College, Lebanon PA, with a Bachelors in Health Science in 2004, and received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from Shenandoah University, Winchester VA. I joined the Advantage Physical Therapy family in 2015.
I have furthered my education with various continuing education classes with strong emphasis on manual techniques for spine, shoulder and hip. I enjoy Outpatient Orthopedic and post-surgical clientele. I also hold my Direct Access License that allows me to evaluate patients without them first having to see their physician.
In my spare time, I enjoy listening to live band performances of varying styles, curling up with a good book or watching movies and occasionally I like to get crafty. I enjoy being actively involved with my 3 energetic nephews and 1 niece. I also love spending time with friends and family.
Tyler Snelbaker, PTA
I was born and raised in Dover, PA and I graduated from Dover High School in 2007. I have worked in the medical field for several years as a housekeeper and as a nursing assistant; I really enjoy helping others, especially older people. I am a recent graduate of Central Penn College in Summerdale, PA. My interests include weight lifting, nutrition, hiking with my wife Kayla and our dog, and spending time with friends and family especially my baby girl Charlotte.
Wyonetta Hickman – Care Coordinator – East Prospect & Red Lion
I started a career in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In 1999, I received an Associate’s Degree in Medical Administration from Consolidated School of Business. I worked in the health care administration field for over 16 years. I was born and raised in York and lived in York all of my life with the exception of a year in Florida. Shortly after returning home in July of 2016, I was offered to join the Advantage Physical Therapy family as a Care Coordinator. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.
Sheena Moser – Physical Therapy Concierge
I grew up locally attending Red Lion area high school. I began my career of customer service when I was sixteen. I believe I am a lifelong learner, I am always looking for my next challenge in life! I love meeting new people, helping and encouraging them to succeed! I joined Advantage Physical Therapy in 2017 and I look forward to growing as part of their team! I have three beautiful children who I love spending time with. We enjoy being outside together, hiking, visiting family and friends, cooking, arts and crafts, and most important loving one another!
Crystal Blevins – Technical Operations Coordinator
I graduated from Cumberland Valley High School in 2006 and obtained my EMT-B in 2008 from Harrisburg Area Community College.
I joined Advantage Physical Therapy’s family in 2012 beginning as a Therapy Technician. In 2014, I took on the role of Scheduling and Ordering Coordinator. I maintain certification in CPR, AED, hazmat operations, and blood borne pathogens. I also have a vast amount of other certifications related to emergency services.
In 2006 I became a volunteer at the Hampton Fire Company where I currently hold positions as EMS Captain and Membership Secretary. As a member of the Hampton Fire Company I volunteer my time responding to calls as an EMT, firefighter and/or a part of our water rescue team as well as fundraising activities. I share my passion for helping others with my husband who is my biggest supporter.
I enjoy being active, so I do not leave myself a lot of free time. When I come across some free time I love to cook, make homemade wine, paint, and go camping. I also enjoy anything that involves water; boating, tubing, fishing, snorkeling, the beach, and basically anything outdoors.
Liz Lackner – Director of Business Operations
I was born and raised in York and have worked in the healthcare field for 18 years. I became part of the Advantage family in 2008 as a Front Desk specialist in our Emigsville location. In December of 2013 I transitioned to Director of Business Operations of our Practice and also serve on the Compliance, HR, and Leadership Teams. I am also a member of POMAY (Pennsylvania Office Managers Association of York). I truly love what I do.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends – laughing and making people laugh (if I can). I love music and dancing (I’ve never met a dance floor I didn’t like and heaven help the person that tries to pull me off of it!). I love going down to the shore (Cape May, NJ to be exact) and being near the water. And last, but not least, I am a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles Fan – “Fly Eagles Fly”!!

I joined the Advantage Physical Therapy family in June of 2005 as the Finance Coordinator.
I am married with 2 children that I enjoy watching participate in sports, travel and I volunteer for Autism York.
April Linnemann – Director of Marketing & Business Development
I graduated from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts (now the Art Institute) with an Associate’s degree in Web Design.
I joined the Advantage Physical Therapy family in December of 2013 as the Front Desk Specialist at our Red Lion location, and in March of 2014 I transitioned to my current position. I am a member of the York Township Business Alliance and POMAY (Pennsylvania Office Managers Association of York).
In the winter months I enjoy working on projects at my home, catching up on freelance design work, reading, and snowboarding. Once the weather breaks you can find me mostly outside either riding horses/motorcycles, or spending time camping with my family.
Dr. Heather D. Patrick, PT – Direct Access Certified
I am a 2002 graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and minor in Nutrition. In 2009, I graduated from Neumann University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and conditions, but I take an interest in manual therapy techniques, working with vestibular rehabilitation, lumbosacral and lumbopelvic dysfunctions, shoulder dysfunctions, and pre and post-surgical orthopedic patients. In addition to my PA state license, I also have my direct access license to treat patients without a prescription. I have been with Advantage Physical Therapy since 2006, where I started out as a Therapy Technician. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three awesome, little boys, baking, cooking, DIY projects, crocheting, and exercising.
Alexa Smith, PTA – Center Manager
I graduated from high school in 2009. I was home schooled but played sports for Spring Grove. Go Rockets!! I attended PTA school at Penn State Mont Alto from 2009 to 2011. After passing my board test in 2011, I started working for Advantage Physical Therapy in the fall of 2011.
I am currently the Center Manager at the Emigsville location. I am engaged, have a son and a daughter that keep us very busy. I enjoy playing flag football in a co-ed league with my fiancé, playing any competitive sport, hiking, being outdoors, swimming, and hanging out on the beach.
Michelle Moore – Physical Therapy Concierge
I enjoy working with all types of clients. My husband and I have been married for 31 years, we have two children and two grandchildren. In my spare time I love to read, watch my grandchildren, watch movies and play the slots.
Tressa Gee – Physical Therapy Concierge
I graduated from York College Of Pennsylvania 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. I am pursuing my masters in Forensic Psychology. I began working for Advantage in June of 2017. I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive of my dreams of becoming a professor. I have two son’s Josiah who is 23 and serves in the Unites States Navy and Noah who is 18 and just graduated from York Suburban. I love hanging out with friends and traveling.
