6 deadly mistakes of lifting

Ok, not completely howl but he was definitely on the prowl, making sure everyone was lifting properly and avoiding the 6 deadly mistakes below.

While they may not be deadly, they could be costly to your health!

1.) Not checking your surroundings and leaving obstacles in your way.
2.) Keeping your feet close together.
3.) NOT lifting with your legs.
4.) Twisting your back while lifting.
5.) Extending the weight/load away from your body.
6.) Over lifting – know your limits and ask for help if the item is too heavy.
